PRODUCTS ON SALE

The products are for sale on the website; the buyer must pay the full price before shipment and acquires them at his own risk.

The photos of the products are representations, the products may have variations to the photos on the website.


PRODUCTS WITH PRE SALE

Seres Clothing sometimes offers presales promotions. In this type of purchase, the customer can make a purchase in advance of the arrival of the product.

At Seres Clothing we create unique and limited designs, this makes our production a little slower and we cannot have the supply in a matter of days.

For this reason, customers are offered the option of reserving the product in advance.

By making the purchase, you agree that the product will be sent to you when it arrives at our warehouses.


CANCELLATIONS, EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

For hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned. It is important to take the measurements correctly and compare them with the size chart.

In the case of presenting a defect, the buyer will have 14 calendar days to return the product, counted from the day it was delivered, after that period, no return will be accepted.

The buyer must notify, within the indicated period, of the defect in the clothing and of their willingness to return the product, writing their intention to the email info@byseres.com, together with the reason for the return and photos if applicable.

Once Seres Clothing responds to the email sent, the buyer will proceed to send the product. For the return, the product must be returned within the indicated period.

The transport will be in charge of the buyer, it must always be freight prepaid. When received, it will be verified that it has arrived in the same conditions as it was dispatched the first time, after verifying that it has manufacturing defects, it will be exchanged for a new item or a credit to the customer account for future purchases .

Otherwise, the return of the product will not be accepted.

When the defect in the product is the consequence of improper handling by the buyer, including non-observance of the indicated storage conditions, the change will not be made.

Important! If the order has been sent free of charge, in case of return of the product or products, the cost of the initial shipment will be deducted from the amount to be returned.

In the event that the merchandise arrives damaged by transport, you must notify us within a maximum period of 24 hours, otherwise, no claim can be made.

Once the product has been received in our warehouses and after checking its status, the item will be changed, within a maximum period of 14 days after notification.



SHIPMENTS

Shipments made to the Peninsula will be sent through companies such as Correos Express, CTT or other similar agencies.

For international shipments, it will be sent by UPS, Correos, DHL or other similar agencies. *** Important, the cost of customs management and taxes are not included. It will always be the responsibility of the buyer.

The buyer will indicate the destination as specific as possible and with as much detail as possible, it is the responsibility of the buyer the accuracy of the data for the shipment, therefore, if the product does not arrive at its true destination, due to an error in the supply of the address by the buyer, no change or refund will be made, nor will any administrative procedure be carried out to correct the address.

If the error in the shipping data is attributable to Seres Clothing, all the necessary actions will be taken so that the product reaches the buyer at no additional cost.

In the event that the buyer does not collect the shipment and requests the return, the cost of the round trip shipment will be deducted from the amount to be returned.

If the buyer wishes that the shipment be made to a place outside the one previously indicated, he must send an email to info@byseres.com, in order to verify the conditions and the cost of the shipment.
